Prepare Your Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
